Increase LARI rewards for existing $PACK pools, add xPACK to default list and create a LARI campaign for xPACK/PACK pool

Summary:
We propose increasing the allocation of PACK for LARI rewards from $5,000 worth of PACK to $10,000 worth of PACK per epoch for a period of 6 months at a 0.3% fee tier for PACK/HBAR pools and 0.15% for xPACK pools. Additionally, we propose adding xPACK to the default list and create a LARI Campaign on the V2 pool.
Abstract:
We aim to boost the liquidity depth on PACK related pools through the addition of more resources to the liquidity providers. The fee tier on both PACK and xPACK v2 pools remain the same as on previous proposals but differ on the amount provided to LARI, and the additional request to make the PACK/xPACK v2 pool part of the default list on SaucerSwap and the creation of the the LARI campaigns for that trading pair.
We propose the following pools as the one that will receive LARI in PACK with the following breakdown in percentage of the total $10,000 worth of PACK per pool.
V2 PACK/HBAR: 65%
V2 xPACK/PACK: 15%
V2 HBAR/USDC: 10%
V2 HBAR/SAUCE: 10%
Motivation:
As we see more users flood into Hedera we expect large level in the participation in the broader DeFi ecosystem. With this proposal we aim to further incentivize liquidity provision to PACK which at the same time should also increase the health of the PACK related pairs and market. As for the xPACK default listing and LARI Campaign, the objective is to increase visibility for those wanting to trade PACK for xPACK or other way around, and provide incentives for users who provide liquidity to those pools.
Benefits (Pros):

Potential liquidity migration from other HBAR related pools into PACK related pools
